The Challenge
We were commissioned in 1988 to produce a masterplan for extensive new gardens around a lovely Victorian house in a secluded woodland setting. Our proposals were to be implemented on an area-by-area basis over several years.
The Outcome
Today our masterplan has been fully implemented, as well as subsequently revised to accommodate changes and extensions to the main house. We have an excellent relationship with our client and are now in our 27th year advising on the continuing development, reworking and management of the gardens. Recent works have included new terraces for the house and a major new water garden.
