C&M are thrilled to have been involved in the preparation of proposals to re-nature the Farthingstone Hotel and Golf Course and create an outstanding Leisure and hospitality experience. The vision for the site focuses on sustainability and nature. The proposed guest accommodation would be across 61 cabins designed to sit lightly in the landscape, with a range of leisure and hospitality facilities including a restaurant, café, gym, spa, indoor / outdoor swimming pool, and outdoor activities for all ages. Everything has been designed with sustainability in mind and to achieve the highest standards of energy efficiency. The plans for this innovative and exciting project have now been submitted for planning.
