Extra-care retirement complex receives outline approval

Colvin and Moggridge together with Yiangou Architects and Hunter Page Planning have submitted a detail planning application for Phase 2 of the extra-care retirement complex for Albion Lodge Developments Ltd in Hanley Swan, Worcestershire.

The proposal for 18 extra-care apartments and 6 extra-care houses has now received outline approval from Malvern Hills District Council.
